customers with 5 computers or less and home users. This package includes 5
hours of on-site consulting per month and additional off-site support as needed
(up to one hour). $200/month
Mid-Range Package "B": Recommended for business customers
with 5-20 computers. This package includes 8 hours of on-site consulting per
month and additional off-site support as needed (up to 1.5 hours). $350/month
Ultimate Service Package "C": Recommended for business
customers with 20 or more computers. The ultimate service is reserved for
businesses requiring extra on-site attention in a networked environment. This
package includes 16 hours of on-site consulting per month and additional
off-site support as needed (up to 3 hours). $600/month
